Megan’s Air Fryer Swede “chips”

This vegetable is also a lot lower in starch than potatoes, so good for anyone watching carbs in the diet…its also a good source of vitamin C.

Remove the outer skin and then chop your swede into wedges…add a couple of spoons of oil to a tub and a teaspoon of something to give a kick ( I used paprika , cumin, a touch of chilli flakes and some black pepper).

Chuck in the swede, put a lid on the tub and shake till coated.

Put in the airfryer at 200°C for 20 mins ( check after 15 mins and give a shake)..

Serve and enjoy !
